WebCM is a contract management solution designed by people with extensive hands-on experience in contract administration, management, governance and procurement. Short for Web Contract Management, it’s accessible online from anywhere and operates independently from your own organisation’s IT infrastructure — a web-based software solution offered as a hosted service.
WebCM is owned and operated by Contracts Online Pty Limited, founded in 2012. The team brings decades of combined experience in procurement and contract management, and has provided business advice to organisations including ANZ, IAG, Westpac, Qantas, Centrelink and the RTA.

Chris Wilson

Chris leads Contracts Online and has spent decades as a contract manager and administrator. He knows what makes a contract manager’s life harder — and easier.
Mark Pigram
Co-founder · Resident geek
Mark is WebCM’s resident geek — and, by the standards of IT specialists, surprisingly good at people. His background includes the design of a custom ERP built to run a business.
OUR STORY
Built in 2012. Trusted ever since.
WebCM’s foundation clients included Bendigo Bank, the Australian Foundation Investment Company, and the Royal Flying Doctor Service (Victoria). All three remain with us today — alongside dozens of organisations across government, financial services, aged care, and beyond.
The product has grown alongside its customers. What started as a way to wrangle contracts is now a full platform for governance, compliance, supplier collaboration and workload planning.
