Chris is the head honcho at Contracts Online and has an almost embarrassing amount of experience as a contract manager and administrator — over 20 years to be exact.
He has provided business advice to organisations including ANZ, IAG, Westpac, Qantas, Centrelink and the RTA, and has spent his career figuring out what makes contract managers’ lives harder — and how software can make them easier. WebCM is the system he wished he’d had when he was the one managing the contracts.
Mark Pigram
Co-founder · Resident geek
Mark is WebCM’s resident geek — and, by the standards of IT specialists, surprisingly good at people. He combines deep technical capability with a genuine interest in solving the problems customers care about.
His background includes the design of a custom ERP built to run a business, which means he knows how to think about software the way the people using it do: where the friction is, where the corners get cut, and where a small change makes a big difference.

When you talk to WebCM — whether about a feature, a configuration, a problem or just an idea — you’re talking to one of the people who built it. There’s no support tier to escalate through, no product manager filtering your feedback, no offshore team to translate it.
That’s true now, and it’s been true since 2012. Our customers reach Chris or Mark directly. Most of the platform’s best features came from those conversations.
